Announcing: Custom Designs

Custom Designs

Today I'd like to publicly announce a New Thing from Far Out Shirts: custom designs.

Of course you love our current designs - who doesn't? And you'll love the future designs down the road - why wouldn't you? But what if you want something specific? And what if you also happen to want at least 100 shirts with that something specific on it? Well, have we got a deal for you!

We think this will work great for anybody that wants some promotional t-shirts, either to sell or to give away, but they don't quite have the artistic chops to pull it off. Clip-art can only take you so far, after all.

You can read the details, but here's the basic deal: we'll design a shirt for you for free, as long as you commit to buying at least 100 of them from us.

So if you're in a band, for example, and you want tour shirts; we can do that. Or maybe you need shirts for a Star Trek convention; we can do that. Perhaps your company put you in charge of this year's leg-wrestling contest, and you need commemorative shirts; we can do that, too.

Check it out, and you tell us what our next big design will be.

I'm Like A SuperVillain...

Back To Reality

Brand new, shirt number 172:

Back To Reality

As Philip K. Dick said, reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. Now snap out of it, and get back to yours.

Mental Telepathy

Brand new, our 171st original design:

Mental Telepathy

We already know you'll like this shirt. And we know your size, mailing address and credit card number. But we're also seeing that you'd be mad if we shattered your illusion of free will, so we'll wait for you to order it yourself.

Medieval On Your Ass

Introducing number 170:

Medieval On Your Ass

O beloved brethren, I solemnly enjoin thee not to shrink from my good intent, through base change of heart, lest thee be deplorably afflicted by barbaric fury. Or, said elsewise, I'll go to work on thee with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. Thou hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with thee by a damn sight.

Ebay Auction Reminder

Don't forget that shirt auction; it ends tomorrow night (Saturday, 8/5) at 7:30 PT.

If it ended right now, some lucky bidder named "zenaidapr" would get that brand new shirt $19 for $0.55, and free shipping...

Update: It ended with that same lucky bidder winning, but not before the price got jacked up all the way to $2.25. So congrats to "zenaidapr" on a great deal, and enjoy the shirt!

Sale: Free Shipping on $50

There's a "back-to-school" sale going on with our partner, Cafe Press. If you buy $50 or more of stuff, they'll ship it to you free.

Yeah, I know: "whoo!" Big sale, there. But hey, if you were going to buy 3 shirts at once (you'd be the first person ever for us!), and they were going to be the nicer ones, such that your total would indeed be greater than $50, and you're going to do it before August 14, then you might as well save the five bucks shipping. If that's you, enter code "BTS2006" when you check out at Cafe Press.
